I took my 7 yr old daughter to her first concert this past weekend! We saw Ellie Goulding perform on the Delirium Tour.
This is an album we love to jam to and when I heard she was coming to Miami, I immediately bought us tickets!
Here’s some of the fun from the night. Loved Ellie’s performance and loved the quality time with my lil gal! We danced the entire time we were there!
My sweet girl was pretty tired by the last few songs. After a long day of school and the chaos of the concert, 10 pm was just too late for her. She fell asleep as soon as we got in the car.
Such a fun night! One of the best and most meaningful adventures I’ve had with my daughter. ❤️

That’s fantastic! I was taken to concerts at a young age too, and set me on a love affair with live music that continues to this day. I’ve done the same for my boys. Looks like y’all had a great time! 😃

It is indeed! I can’t say I like all that they listen to, but I’m trying to teach about good music, and live music. It’s great to have them to share that with. 😃

It really is – and I love that she has such positive, fun music but also deeply meaningful, poignant things. I wouldn’t have given her a chance a few years ago, but I just love her!

Totally with you. It’s one of the few artists I’m comfortable having my kid listening to without worrying about sex talk or cursing or degrading lyrics! ❤️

Boy – times have changed. There’s no way my Mum would’ve taken me to a concert of someone ‘hip’ (Richard Clayderman at 13, I think). I took Ms6 to Lorde last year and I can’t wait to have that moment with the boys and her again.
